Did alerts work afterward?

Best historical “clean” rate

How to read this
- Target size (T) — how big a move we check for, in that pair’s “points” (XAU: 100 pts ≈ $1; BTC: 1 pt = $1). Bigger T is a harder goal.
- Reached target — % of all alerts where price later moved at least T the right way (in the look-ahead window).
- Clean win rate — % of all alerts that both reached T and kept the reverse within the opposite budget (−T / ½T / ⅓T / ¼T) until then. Main “if I take every alert” score.
- Hit quality — only among alerts that already reached T: what % of those were clean under the current opposite budget.
- Near miss (½T) — only among alerts that never reached T: what % still moved at least half of T the right way in the window (got close, then failed full target).
